Napa Technology, a Silicon Valley wine technology company, was in search of ways to increase traffic to their website. One of their main objectives was to generate more sales leads for their market leading WineStation product for restaurants, wineries, grocery stores, hotels, sports facilities, and anywhere wine by the glass is served. They had just completed a website redesign and were seeking to capitalize on this new brand asset to reach as many new prospects as possible and convert them into sales leads through their website.
ClickSpring designed a traffic driving and conversion rate optimization (CRO) program. This included search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, as well as development of keyword specific landing pages and new lead capture forms. We then optimized the website visitor flow and lead capture forms to increase overall conversion rates capitalizing on the increased volume of traffic generated by SEO and PPC.
Our program doubled the company’s conversion rate in 6 months, going from 11% to 22%. Over the course of 3 months of SEO efforts, organic traffic to the website increased by 91%. Overall traffic to the website through PPC advertising was increased and the average cost per click (CPC) was down from the previous year. In addition, our landing pages and lead capture form optimization efforts led to a 39% increase in leads captured by the company each month.
